Let’s Be Honest is an independent publication dedicated to honest reflection about democracy, education, and the shared responsibilities of public life.

Launched in October 2025 by Darryl Fillier, this project grows from the belief that democracy depends not only on elections, but on how we think, teach, and live — together. Each essay invites readers to slow down, consider what truly matters, and take part in a conversation about the kind of society we want to build.
